The thing is the club is 20% owned by the fans in the supporters trust, no investor of any kind can take over the club no matter who they are, the rest is owned mostly by swans supporters who are rich enough, and as it's a private company nobody can sell shares before offering them to the others. As a trust member I would vote no as I do not trust big men with money, who have no connection to the club, and if we go down after a season so be it, that is football! If players are taken from us as you put it, so be it that is football, but they won't be taken cheaply and they will be replaced.
I don't think I would think differently to be honest. If the best interest of the long term future of the club would be jeapordised by a big money owner coming in then potentially leaving, then we don't need that. We're in no financial danger and are competing at a higher and higher level. If we get relegated, as Jager says, that is football... but you better believe we'll be back at some point.
