They're mostly young, they'll have to learn. The end of last season was down to disappointment and exhaustion. The Newcastle game was shameful though. We maybe need one or two more additions and we'll be there or thereabouts. We've come a long way in the last 2-3 years, but we ain't there yet.
The game management in that game by Wenger and his senior players was ****ing atrocious Sat on a handy 1-1 at HT to end up losing 5-1 is a shocker. OK they were unlucky with the injury just after HT, but it's still no excuse for their complete collapse second half. That side lacks leaders imo, and Wenger is now truly past it.
"In the second half we lost Koscielny very quickly - he came off at 1-1 - and finally we collapsed. Bayern are a better team than us as well." Are they Mr Wenger? On paper yes but this is football and you should be raising your game and going there with the intention of giving them a good spanking. No wonder his players are going there in awe of them before a ball is kicked.
They were the better team in 2012 but our will to win was greater than there's.....we kicked their smug arses on their own patch.
I can see how you would get caught out by Robben cutting in and popping it into the corner, he rarely does this **** and plays on the right so take it easy on the Goons, lads.
Yeah, but to be fair, Bruv, that's only because neither Real nor Barca came calling for him. Had either done so, you can bet your bottom dollar that they'd have been the clubs that he ****ed over as a spotty youth.
.. I think this demonstrates your naivete (or just lack of any real knowledge) when it comes to the beautiful game ... as an Irish kid born in the 1980s he would have been far more likely to have been enamoured with Manchester United or Liverpool as a 'spotty youth' ... happy to help
Incontinence problems ... giggles and squits ... explains why he rarely ventures out unless his missus is driving
On one level, yes, it is hilarious, and I am not insensitive to the amusement to be had by Arsenal's humiliating downfall. But, the flip-side of the coin is the humiliation, as an Englishman, that an English club should so easily be torn apart and toyed with, like a rag-doll, by a brutish German Shepherd.
Arsenal got twice as many points in the first round than Tottenham and ended up getting knocked out by one of the strongest club teams in the world and your soiled by their efforts . You pretty well shattered your glass house with this thread HAIG . Shake your head and tell me if you hear anything ...lol
It's been interesting listening to TalkSport, today. Every program has been slagging-off Arsenal and, in particular, Wenger. They've had legend after legend pile on and make the same point - that Wenger has to go. Every Gooner-fan that has been interviewed has said exactly the same thing. Pixie and his dwindling band of Wenger-apologists, in this site, simply do not live in the real world or fan-dom - not that that was something I didn't know - and every single one of the muppets who rim Pixie's arse on this board looks increasingly desperate. By the way, I note that there has been no sign of Pixie since last night's debacle. How can anyone have any kind of respect for someone like that?
Nothing outside of that game exists for HAIG. Your logic will be batted away with nonsense logic and we will go on.
