How does anyone know an outcome has been decided. How does anyone know the disciplinary has been completed. Answer - no one. Disciplinaries can span 1/2/3/4 hearings if needed. Additional facts can be brought forward. Decisions take time to make too. I know I've held a disciplinary and the employee has ended up being suspended for over 3 weeks in all. Everyone these days is so impatient - i blame the internet
Surely it would be in Bullard's interest to speed up the whole procedure. Seeing as the transfer window closes in a months time..?
So what is out in the public domain? We think he was suspended for hiring a hooker in Slovenia and offering to lamp the boss on an away trip. Sounds like most courses i have ever been on. Whatever happened to what happens in Slovenia/Blackpool/Vegas/ stays there!!
If Bullard is made a free agent by sacking him then he can sign for anyone at any time (window or no window). He will be on reduced terms for sure so it makes sense for his team to drag it out surely
You're right nobody does, but DenCotingham alleged that Blunderside reported that JB cannot be sacked but was suspended indefinately. If (big if) it has been decided that he cannot be sacked that would suggest that the disciplinary had been concluded. I suspect that DenCotingham is just talking bollocks though
Everything that Bullard has been upto before pre-season for starters. There are so many people who have been witness to JB antics, Not incl. the players. Whatever happened in Slovenia should have been the cherry on the cake.
Only if he becomes a free agent this month, if he doesn't become a free agent within the window, then he can't sign for another club until January at the earliest. He's not going to play for us and he knows it, despite the money involved he won't want to stop playing, so he'll be as keen to sort this as we are.
I'm disappointed Tickler, you posted so many times on the board he was going to be sacked and he's still here? Won't listen to you next time
If we're lucky we won't be able to get rid of him and then he'll be able to play again when Big Nige is sacked Unless of course you're happy with losing and not scoring every week.
Percy I know you are a fan of Jimmy and not a Nigel fan. But it just seems to me that Jimmy doesn't want to play for us anymore than the club want him. He's been given chances and he's basically messed them up, surely you can see the point of getting rid of him, if he himself doesn't want to be here by doing stupid stuff
I can see more benefit in losing Pearson than Bullard. Robbie Savage came in from the cold at Derby and became a legend there. Why can't the same happen with us and Bullard?
You seem to think it's Pearson v Bullard. It's not - it's Hull City v Bullard. As Radio Blunderside so eloquently put it - Bullard doesn't want to be here and nobody at City want him here. Do you think this disciplinary would have got to this stage if the owner's weren't sanctioning it? The owners want him off the payroll - Bullard want's to stay and bleed the club dry. I believe that no one is bigger than the club and anyone who threatens the well being of the club needs to go. Just hope Bullard doesn't bleed us too much on his way out.
Because Savage wanted to play for Derby and Bullard doesn't want to play for us. Your deliberate ignoring of the reality of the current situation is quite funny though. Feel free to carry on.
