Personally I'd stick with Ranieiri. Who could realistically come in and change things ?

    Craig Shakespeare.

Knows these players inside out and will reinvigorate the club. Ranieri has completely palmed him away and I think they players are pissed off because of it.

The players hold extremely high levels of respect for Shakey. There would be no question that the players would be playing for him.

If that is the case then shouldn't you be pissed off at the players? They represent your club not an individual.

    Poor professional attitude.

You do know that Kellogg's isn't actually a university and collecting tokens doesn't count towards studying and your final grade <laugh>
Other than that, kudos for the job. It must be immensely gratifying knowing your making a real difference to these young people.

Why and when did Ranieri sideline Shakespere? Seems a big mistake to me to not make best use of someone with his undoubted skill set.

  8. How fickle can this pack of rabid foxes get!
    <laugh>

They are now calling for the head of the man that has given them the greatest gift in their club's entire history!

    Utterly unbelievable!

I am truly lost for words.

    Don't get ratty mate.

You said Shakespeare would get a poem out of the lads if he replaced Ranieri. I said that was a lack of professionalism from the lads if they were doing it because Shakespeare was held in high regard and Ranieri had 'palmed' him off.

Ranieri deserves the same amount of effort if that's what the problem is.

TBH I'm actually now of the mindset that we should get Gary Rowett in and build for the future and try and bounce back at the first attempt

No, you have the players, its salvageable, But Ranieri isn't going to do it.

Look what Clement is starting to bring out of the Swansea squad.

Yeah he's a good manager - I mean look at Birmingham now.

He could well keep you up too.

Former player, young, English, no nonsense. I'd have him in tomorrow. If we did stay up it'd be a bonus but I think he'd clear out the deadwood and help us bounce back

It's so bizarre. Just missed relegation, then champions, to relegation fodder again. It's inexplicable, especially with the Queen Mary and QE2 in central defence throughout.

In reality, quality wise we have a mid table ish side who far punched above our weight last season but are punching far below it this. The difference is attitude and application imo. In terms of the aging defence a year older legs are probably contributing

But they weren't a year older in August and your team has been poor from day one this season. They were barely 4 months older then from a league winning CB pairing. Some kind of mental block or issue if you ask me.

As I say, attitude and application. It looks like they were coasting, always thinking they'd suddenly start winning and it's now gone so far that confidence is at rock bottom.
Maybe not a year older in literal terms but age, time catching up. Morgan has played summer tournaments between seasons a few times recently for Jamaica and it looks like his legs have gone

Not exactly sure but he used to be on the touchline with Ranieri at all times, now Ranieri sits there on his own with his arms folded.

    Something has clearly gone on.

There's nothing fickle about not wanting to go down. I would hate to see Ranieri get sacked but I think he deserves better. I think it would be good for everyone if he walked.

He is spouting the line that armchair fans with a basic TV level knowledge of football use AKCJ, ignore him
