Howsons was a belter, Pritchard takes were brilliant. But I love the class and style of Wes's goal. Typical of him.

Howson's, Wes' and Pritchard's second were absolute crackers. Great result and a good team performance. Pity we didn't keep a clean sheet but that (and the freezing cold) were the only downers on a splendid afternoon
I may have to break 2 rules tonight - listen to 'Canary Call' on iPlayer and watch the Football League show!!!!
Thanks Dave and once again, I don't think we had a 'weakest link' - let's hope Pinto's injury doesn't keep him out Tuesday, as I fear our 'GA' may take a battering with Whittaker at RB!!!
A battling win or draw against Newcastle, follow it up with a win away at Burton, and I'm going to have to have a serious think on where I stand on Alex Neil. He's clawing back credibility.
That's great news and I'm not surprised Dijks needs a rest. I can't remember the last time I heard so much noise at CR!!!! Steady on FML. I still don't regret giving up my season ticket and the chap who sits next to me has given his up as well.
I've out my money on us gating promoted. Just seen that we had 13 shots on goal and 9 on target. AN certainly got his team selection right!!!
Glad to read that both Pinto and Dijks are going to ok for Tuesday's game. This is going to be the greatest home test to date. Is the team generally improving because of AN or despite him?
I mentioned earlier, I think it was 9 shots 8 on target at the time. Creating chances and keeping shots in control seems to have dramatically improved the past few weeks.
There has been an incredible change since New Year and the entire team just seems to have been playing as they should have been all season. I'm really looking forward to the Magpies' visit on Tuesday and hopefully we'll get revenge for the game at SJP!!!
I'm really worried about it. I think it will be a straight forward Newcastle win. A 2-0 or a 3-1. I hope An doesn't just go all defensive, because it's a big game and Newcastle. I think he should stick to 1 up front, but I would like to see Hoolahan, Pritchard type players rather than bulk our midfield with workers and solid defenders. I'd like to see us try and take it to them at home. I think AN will play it safe though. If we go for it, we can play like today. It would give any side in this league problems.
