We're only rose away from a full team. It's the tactics. We're not taking our game to Liverpool. Play Nkoudou as a wing back FFS. It can't get any worse! At least it'll allow walker to play his usual game on the right.

I know I'm over reacting and whatever happens we are still 2nd, but it's just like Groundhog Day supporting Spurs. When was the last time we went away to a top club and played really well and won? It's so rare. I agree just change it up, it can't get any worse.

I forgot we're missing verts, too. - but technically he can be replaced. Davies for Rose is a huge contrast, despite playing the same position. The front 4 currently remind me of being at school where you always had those kids who would hang around up front goal hanging, waiting for others to do the hard work to get them into the game. - and it's the wing backs that we need to do that, who are non existent.
I thought we should've gone 3 at the back before we kicked off. Definitely need to now. Get Walker on the left centre back, put N'koudou as left wing and get Alli down the right. Exactly the same as against Citeh. We've been torn to shreds. It could have been 5 or 6. We've been a second half team for a while now but our first half performances in away games are bloody abysmal right now.
I'd like us to change to Lloris Dier Toby Wimmer Walker wanyama Dembele GKN Eriksen Dele Kane. Davies and son off, Wimmer and GKN on. Even if it leaves GKN a little exposed, Kev is there with a left foot in a natural position to help him out. We're 2-0 down, and we can't play any ****ing worse.
Need to steady the game down to our pace.. Go one for one.. shore up the left hand side.. get to loose ball first... etc., etc.
Well that was a bad 45 minutes of football and we deserve to be behind. On ref watch Taylor lacking consistency as usual. Son booked for nearly catching a Liverpool player high, but Milner not booked for actually catching Son high. Henderson prevents a quick free kick not booked. GKN for son at half time. In his brief cameos so far he has shown a willingness to do the defensive duties.
Wimmer can be pretty rash, I'd definitely rather have Walker's pace, along with N'Koudou. I'd keep Son on because he has pace but he needs to get his shooting boots on, he misses so many 1-on-1s. If we can get to grips with Mane and wake the **** up, there might still be something in it for us. Awful as we were, we still created 2 really good chances and Liverpool have tired in the second half in every PL game we've had against them under Klopp. Maybe I'm deluded but I've stuck a tenner on it, 33/1
