How so Nass? For a horse supposedly all about stamina he jumped like a stag and quickened away after the last. I think Coleman was easy on him too, plenty more to come from him I reckon and it will take a true champ to beat him in the Gold Cup. (There may well be an element of pocket talk there TBH )
He beat a proper non stayer at the end, but two out I think LM was travelling better. Don't think he jumped that well either and we didn't see him at relentless best. Basically beat nothing and didn't do it in best style for me
I agree he wasn't at his relentless best but that is what has impressed me - a trip perhaps on the short side, tactical affair but he has made all and quickened away at the end. Did Bristol de Mai leave his race at Haydock? Well done tward
BDM needs to bowl along, his jumping behind horses isn't as good as we saw at Haydock. Apart from Otago Trail, I wonder if Haydock was too testing for the rest of them. I wonder what Smad Place would have done to LM and BDM today.
That was like watching Master Minded at his very best. Truly amazing and could go off so short in the Arkle if Yorkhill doesn't turn up.
