The hand was definitely high. The problem with intention is it can be very hard to judge, and rules should be much more black and white. Any handball that causes the ball to go in the net, or that prevents a virtually certain goal should be given. However soft penalties, where a goal is not certain should not be allowed, some kind of sin bin period should suffice. That would make games more exciting than sendings off, as teams have to take advantage in a limited period.
He and Niasse look equally as likely to score half a dozen a game between them or leave you short of numbers at the back.
