which is why trumps efforts to destabise the euro zone and attack nato is hilarious.

The yanks need the early warning sites in europe and missile screen. thats all they really want from nato now.

    trump jeopardises that.

Donald Trump may be the oldest man to reach the Oval Office.
But there is no evidence he is concerned that he needs to pay any special regard to his diet, or take up an exercise regime to counter the stresses of the job.
Indeed, according to a report on Axios, Mr Trump continues to survive off chocolate, chips, steaks and Diet Coke, the things that fuelled him during the presidential campaign.

President Trump accused television pundits and other critics of playing "the racist card" when they characterize him or his policies as anti-Muslim or anti-black.

Fox News Channel personality Bill O'Reilly asked Trump in an interview that aired Tuesday night whether his feelings are hurt when critics "are making you into a hater."

"No, because they always do it," Trump replied. "The first thing they do with the Republicans or conservatives is the racist card. They pull out the racist card. They always do that. It's not just me. I mean, they do it with everybody. And I see that — and once you know that you feel a lot better about it."

Trump's comments came in an interview that was taped at the White House last Friday as part of Fox's Super Bowl coverage. Fox News has been airing new segments of the interview on O'Reilly's prime-time show.

In the portion that aired Tuesday, Trump also defended himself against criticism that he makes comments without factual evidence to support them, such as his unsubstantiated claim that millions of undocumented immigrants voted illegally in the November presidential election.

"Well, many people have come out and said I am right," Trump said. "You know that."

"I know," O'Reilly responded. "But you've got to have data to back that up."

Trump went on to claim that "many, many dead people" appear on the voter registration rolls and have voted, as well as people who are registered to vote in two states and cast ballots in each.

"There's a lot of bad things happening," Trump said. "Look, Bill, we can be babies, but you take a look at the registration — you have illegals, you have dead people, you have this, it's really a bad situation. It's really bad."

Trump's statement is false. There is no evidence of widespread voter fraud from dead people voting, people voting in two states or undocumented immigrants voting.

Trump said he has directed Vice President Pence to lead a commission to investigate allegations of voter fraud.

"We're going to look at it very, very carefully," Trump told O'Reilly.

    3-0 ..Trump loses temp stay.

So..either SC, panel of 11 judges review on the 9th or wait for actual case of merits in the 1st. Whole thing could take months so here's the question.

According to Donald's tweets this is in response to immediate threats to National Security. (Despite no attacks from citizens of these 7 countries and it taking 2 years to vet these people under pre order rules.)

From memory the order was a temp restriction of 120 days or 90 days .

If it's that important to NS why would he drag it through the courts which will literally eat up those 120 days and make the order redundant? Write a new order backed by intelligence or evidence and remove constitutional barriers.

Oh I know...it's feck all to do with that and all about his winning ego lol. And obviously there's no evidence that exists to support the case.

Just be interesting how they balance the 2 excuses.

Trump loses appeal court bid to reinstate travel ban

A US federal appeals court has rejected President Donald Trump's attempt to reinstate his ban on citizens from seven mainly Muslim countries.
The 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals said it would not block a ruling by a Seattle court that halted the order.
Mr Trump responded with an angry tweet saying national security was at risk and there would be a legal challenge.
It was unclear whether he intended to file an appeal to the Supreme Court or keep fighting the case in Seattle.
In its 3-0 unanimous ruling on Thursday, the appeals court said the government had not proved the terror threat justified reviving the ban.
The ruling means that people from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen with visas can continue to enter the US, and refugees from around the world, who were also subject to a temporary ban, are no longer blocked either.
However, the ruling does not affect one part of Mr Trump's controversial executive order: a cap of 50,000 refugees to be admitted in the current fiscal year, down from the ceiling of 110,000 established under his predecessor, Barack Obama.
What did the three appeal judges say?
They accepted that the US president had sole discretion to set immigration policy but added that courts could still assess the order's compliance with the constitution.
The court also said there was "no evidence that any alien from any of the countries named in the order" had committed a terror attack in the US.
However, the judges said both sides had made compelling cases: "On the one hand, the public has a powerful interest in national security and in the ability of an elected president to enact policies.
"And on the other, the public also has an interest in free flow of travel, in avoiding separation of families, and in freedom from discrimination."
The appeal judges did not rule on the constitutionality or the merits of the law, just on the question of its reinstatement.
    What has the reaction been?
Mr Trump responded to the ruling by tweeting his dissent, and then gave an audio statement saying it was a political decision.
    Image copyright Twitter
The justice department, which made representations to the appeals court on behalf of the White House, said in a statement it was "reviewing the decision and considering its options".
Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson, who had sued over the ban, said it was a complete victory for the state.
New York City Mayor Bill De Blasio said: "Here in New York - the safest big city in America - we will always protect our neighbours, no matter where they came from or when they got here. Those are our values."

I will assume the Sisu mantle as he is no longer available to comment

"What are the odds on the Illuminati arranging for a Muslim, from one of the countries Trump wants to impose travel restrictions on, now carrying out an attack in the USA. Probably in league with the Lizard people who have been living beneath the Vatican for centuries. Just so Trump and his cohorts get what they want"

Gosh I hope so. Trump's puppet master Steve Bannon (the guy that once listed Darth Vader and Satan as his heroes because they represent strength) has made it illegal for any minutes to be recorded at security council. If that doesn't say guilty intent I don't know what does.
