Yes. His constant keeping quiet about what he wants to do, his Twitter outburst and him leaving us in the lurch two days before our first game is enough for me to consider him a player worth boo'ing.

He was great for us in the CCC season when he wasn't really all that great and no one was interested in him. Over the last season though things like what I've mentioned up there, plus a number of half-arsed displays in the second half of the season, have made me lose all respect for him.

Can't agree with you here. Liverpool are a huge club, always have been and likely always will. They have a great looking squad apart from at centre half, but I think they are looking to make that their final signing of the summer. Good youngsters too and youth system. To be honest to suggest Liverpool are not a a huge club is crazy. Only Man U have won more league titles, and they are right up there with European honours too. They haven't been at the top top table for a few years but they have invested heavily of late and have a cracking squad. Jose has also shown class throughout, Twitter outburst aside. He has kept his own council otherwise and probably just wanted to get in first why he was leaving on Twitter so that the club didn't try one of their usual PR blunders to explain his departure. He hasn't been dicking around at all. The club have once again failed to take grip of a situation and let it run to a ridiculous time.

Its amazing how quickly people forget all he's done for the club and begrudge him furthering his own career. Which he will at Liverpool undoubtedly.

No, players move on and we all know Jose wanted to leave. He's had a good two years but isnt happy with the lack of ambition the club is showing. He stuck with us through relegation and has now moved to a team who will be challenging for a CL spot which will help him get into the Spain squad.

    I still love Jose <ok>

Yes, think he's been lookin to move for a while and to be honest think if there were offers for him after relegation that he'd of probably gone then but at the time he didnt really look like a premiership player, also back half of last season there were a few times it looked like his head and heart were'nt in it. Then again I personally think all opposition should be, ferociously(?)

This. I think I'd even buy an Enrique Spain shirt if he gets in the squad.

Most definitely , because he's going for the money and not the champions league football he claimed to crave.

lol you don't boo every player who leaves you.

You've all been saying for time that he is going and Liverpool, however scouse they are, are a rising club with ambition to do well, hence why he has joined them.

Some fans will always be bitter no matter how much a player does for a club. Just the modern way.

I wouldnt boo him. He's joining a very small group of ex players who wont be booed by me. The only universally agreed ones I can think of are Nobby Solano and Andy O'Brien.

No he's young and ambitious and feels he can achieve things with another team, good luck to him.

It astounds me how many people can't seem to put themselves in other people's shoes.
