I'm hopeful this 2 weeks unbroken after the Arse game will be a Godsend. Considering what Marco and his team have done with hardly any sessions in between games, think what they can do in 2 unbroken weeks. This isn't the classic straw-clutching cliché, I think losing at Fulham will be a good thing in the long run.
That's be a more telling stat if it wasn't twice in our entire history. I assume you mean when in the Prem anyway.
Abel out 3-4 weeks. That means Mbokani will have to be in the squad. So looks like Markovic or Omar will miss out this Saturday.
Mbokini to miss out, should have had a couple at West Ham & Ive still not forgiven him! I lost money & we lost 3 points! Marco obviously watched that game too.
Hernandez seems to get a few injuries every season keeping him out for a several weeks, and he's only 26.
I wouldn't be at all surprised if Marco fools everyone by not playing too defensively. I'd expect Markovic and Grosicki to start and try to terrorise their defence with lightning quick counter attacks but also for us to try and retain a bit more possession than we did last week, so that we're not under so much pressure. Who knows, he might even try to take the game to them whilst our confidence is up and there's is low. I think Clucas will probably come on for Evandro when he starts to tire.
