At the weekend I smoked drank and ate myself silly , on Monday morning my belly felt like it was going to pop .
I decided to eat apples on my break and not drink for the week .
I still have beer in my fridge a massive rib eye and a few buds of weed but I don't feel like scoffing drinking or smoking.
It's called self control , you don't need to surrender yourself to the church your local GP or in your case AA .
Just stop shoving things in your gob and blaming everything else.
Take responsibility for your own life stop blaming the wise remain voters for your miserable existence and take charge of your own destiny.
