Two tips. One. Don't use pills use liquid in a syringe... Much easier. Get the pills formulated into a liquid. Or use a pill popper. Long plastic tube you put pill in the end and there is a plunger at other end. Aim it at open mouth (use pill end to push into mouth if you have to) and then fire it at back of mouth... They swallow pill gone. I'll never try giving a cat a pill by hand again... There are much easier ways.
I'm only 20% British. I got the expected 25% Eastern European from Mum being half eastern. I got over 25% Central European (again, expected since Mum is half German and I know there is a little German in the English side) What I didn't expect was that I'm more Scandinavian than British. It gives a bunch of potential relatives and what it estimates the distance is. I have a bunch of estimated 4t h thru 8th cousins in Norway and Sweden... None from Denmark. Strangely enough the closest relatives it has found are estimated 2nd through 4th cousins. They live in South Carolina a family who look like all took the test. I'm considering contacting them.
Yes but depending what part of the country you're from , only 2% to 13%. Geordies have the most Scandinavian in them. Southerners have the least.
hmmm. interesting. Would it be that it just doesn't have a big enough database of "volunteer" DNA 1st cousins would really be known to you. those would be from direct aunts and uncles. Norway and Sweden DNA is interesting, though.... that COULD be norman dna either no? or would it be distinct? contact nobody. they will want to be in your will.
