The obvious correlation is the fact that Marco has wanted Evandro with him wherever he's managed, as far as I know, so the fact that he's here for two and a half years is a positive, and, for me anyway, a good indicator that Marco doesn't intend to sack us off at the end of the season.

I didn't realise that, it is coincidental though that when he took over at Estoril that they were languishing near the foot of the table. By the time he left them they'd managed a fourth place finish in their top tier. I wouldn't be shocked at all if he were to achieve something similar with us.
