    that link says "on loan" which isn't such good news.

    "we haven't seen him play badly" well I haven't seen him play well!
    No pace, can't jump cant shoot, - but apart from that hes not too bad!!!!

    Football365 are reporting that he's gone on a years loan, but I've heard that he's agreed to a contract termination and is signing for them on a free

    Feel bad for the guy, we've effectively ruined his reputation and the early years of his career for the sake of a payment in his contract. Never given a shot but he must be relieved to have left, and including Enrique for now we're saving 80k p/w.

    As we did with John Dahl Thomasson, who was mint with every club he played for, other than ours. Of course, trying to convert a "Martin Peters" type of attacking midfielder into a traditional "Nat Lofthouse" type of english centre forward might not have been the best idea, in hindsight. Well done Kenny Dalgleish for that stunning piece of footballing genius!
