Leicster's players haven't turned to **** though, that's the point. Their team work, collective spirit, tactics and just about everything else has though. But the players don't suddenly lose their quality overnight,

I haven't seen ANY quality from a Leicester player this season though.

Last season players like Mahrez and Vardy had the year of their lives, now they're back to what they always were, bog standard!

Players don't suddenly lose their quality overnight , but teams do .....depending on the ins and outs of players .
Leicester were great last season and Chelsea were terrible ....but Chelsea are great this season and Leicester are terrible .... what's the link ....like I said earlier , Kante' is the stick that stirs the drink on any team he was , is or will be at IMO .

Hoddle is a god likes this.
  4. How much of an effect do you think the loss of Kante has been?

    Harsh on Mahrez I think.

I said last year him and Kante were their only top players and I stand by that. Think he'll be a success wherever he goes in the Summer.

    Massive.

It's like removing the engine out of a car and still expecting it to start.

Yes, this is the point I'm making. Those players haven't suddenly become **** overnight, but the teamwork has gone. Kante is a massive loss for them.

I would take Marhez at Arsenal in a heart beat.

Probably right, but he has looked very, very poor this season. Even his attitude is poor.

Good player in there somewhere I guess.

  10. I agree.

It's like when United lost Keane, and when Arsenal lost Vieira.

Okay, I know that neither or those two sides collapsed to the same tragic degree as has LCFC, but each side lost a massive slice of their endeavour.

He's surrounded by negativity and his confidence is shot. If he leaves Leicester this summer then somebody is going to pick up brilliant player for a song. As I said, you don't win African player of the year in 2016 and then turn to **** in 2017. He is quality and in the right team he will be deadly.

What does Jamie Vardy have that Stevie G doesn't? ...an EPL title winners medal

What does Jamie Vardy have that Harry Kane doesn't? ... the all time record for scoring in consecutive EPL games AND an EPL title winners medal

Or people are having a sensible discussion on where things have gone wrong for Leicester this year?

Having a PL medal doesn't mean Vardy isn't bang average.

Vardy is a scummy vindictive cheat as well as a sub par footballer

He's had his Indian summer, and now it's all downhill for him. Sure he has a PL medal but he'll go down as sports biggest ever once off

  19. Leicester City have given their "unwavering support" to manager Claudio Ranieri despite the reigning Premier League champions being just one point above the relegation zone. The Italian had been under pressure after a run of just two wins in their last 15 Premier Leagues games.

However, the Foxes said in a statement that "the entire club is and will remain united behind its manager".

"This is not a crisis," Ranieri said following the club's backing. When you aren't winning you lose confidence, it is normal."

    (BBC Football)

It isn't normal for the league champions of last season to be fighting a relegation battle this season, Claudio, mate.
    <doh>

He's putting a brave face on it - and I wouldn't expect the club to do anything other than express its support for him - but no one is going to convince me that his neck is currently on the line.

Come the end of the season, Vardy will have something else on his CV that Gerrard and Kane don't have...relegation!
