Xisco has left St James Park.

What was thought to be a permanent deal to Deportivo, has now been confirmed as a season long loan.

As long as Depor are paying a huge chunk of his wages, doubtful they can afford the full £50-£60k a week (who can..?!), I aint that bothered. Just get off the wage bill. Pure waste of very good money.

    Whats the fee?

I feel sorry for him, he never got a fair chance here. When he came he was a young Spanish lad with potential to become a decent player. We basically ruined his career.

Hopefully it means that we have freed up 50k(?) of wages per week and i'm assuming there's a transfer fee involved (probably minimal) so thats some more money that will go into MA pocket as i doubt we'll spend it in this transfer window

I reckon if a deal has been agreed (I'm skeptical), there'd be no transfer fee and we'd probably have to pay some of the wages, Depor are skint aren't they?

11.55: Staying with Newcastle, according to Spanish reports flop striker Xisco has joined Spanish second division side Deportivo on loan for the second time. We'll miss him.

That's from football 365, I'll check out the Spanish google for news about him too!

I heard this morning we had paid up his contract to let him go, no fee.

That is off a mate at work, friend insider etc. which is why I've not said owt.

CWAR is the only other one I've seen mention it.
