The relegation battle is going to be compulsive viewing. 6 teams all within 2 points of each other, including Leicester
Impressive debut from M'Baye Niang for Watford. I wonder if anyone tipped him in the Transfer Watch Thread as being someone who should have been of interest to us? .
I think that first Chelski goal could easily have been ruled out for a foul on the defender. It seems to me that anywhere else on the pitch, if two players are going for a ball and one connects with the other player before the ball then it's a foul, so why isn't it the same when it's in the area?
Do you think the result would have been different if it had been disallowed, Vim? By all accounts, Arsenal were dreadful.
Experienced striker got another couple of lovely 'sniffer' goals for Sunderland yesterday. Now who could he do a job for?
The problem there is, how many seasons will the Goons have to wait before Pochettino can go full Judas on his contract (thus avoiding the massive Levy tax) ??
He's signed until 2021, so four more years of waiting for Wilshere, Ox, Walcott, Wellbeck and Gibbs to fulfill their "potential" it is then!
Carroll, Routledge, siggy and naughton sre in for a long long afternoon if the opening 9 mins of their match with City is continued. Swansea not been out of their half yet
30 mins gone at city...lots of empty seats scattered around...city dominating with 78% possession but only 8 attempts so far...swansea have no attempts and barely outta their own half
I get the lad looks promising but anyone else getting a bit sick in the mouth for this commentator love-in of Gabriel Jesus? He could shoot into row z and they'd say something like "he's showing confidence beyond his years".
