At some point we're going to have to put to bed the theory that we don't get any refereeing decisions.

Aye the chip on the shoulder some have on here needs to disappear at some point.

Said it further above as well that the first goal could have been ruled out for Jones' challenge on the keeper as well. Not going to moan about it either though.

Did you see Barkley celebrating before he'd scored? Don't think I've ever seen that on a football pitch in my life.

I wonder how much Lukaku would cost, someone like City or Arsenal should be going all out for him, one of the best strikers in the world already and only 23.

It's a good point mate and the goals don't lie but I still can't get my head round the fact he actually is a top striker. But you are right hid value will be very high right now but I just can't see someone spending something like 50 million on him.

I've always rated him highly, he's fast, strong, great in the air, silky touch on the ball, reasonably two footed, intelligent. As far as I'm concerned he's up there with the very best and he's significantly younger than most of them.

I'd say 50 mil is more or less accurate for him personally.

Bryan is a class player. Surprised that Koeman let him go.

Your defense is your achilles. Oviedo & Lescott might be the catalyst you will need.

If you can get few clean sheets - you will survive. Defoe & Co will get you the goals.

    Good luck!! #TrustInMoyesy

Any chance you could stop at sea until the season is over - we never lost when you were on the waves.

Either that or get on the Shields ferry every match day and stop on boards until the match is over.

The miserable git who was the Inspector. I think he was still miserable in Last of the Summer Wine, but after looking it up it was Blakie not Clarkie, either way he was a twistie bugger.

Ref was hasty with the first yellow card otherwise I think he would, but the Palace lad did make a meal of it. and that Zaha is a big lass.
