So if a player is't any longer on the 25 man panel what is their fate? I'm thinking of someone like Lenihan - he is injured(forever!!) and is now left out; Mason is injured and likely will be out for the season or longer or forever, but he is left in.
Everything seems to point the way of Marco staying at the end of the season whichever way we go. He has let players go he does not need or want, seems he is whittling the squad down to players he wants and i am sure if he stays we will lose a few more from that 25 until he has the squad he wants to either progress in the prem or get promoted straight back up.
If you are not in the 25 or a junior you cannot play in the league. Odubajo and Mason must be considered to have a slight chance of playing before the end of the season.
Especially that 6 month contract & over half a team's worth of temporary loan signings. All praise Ehab & his long term vision.
the players he is buying i doubt they would come just for 5 months of his tenure,he probably is a big part of them signing long deals, the other loans seem to come also because of him some having played for him previously and i imagine are hoping for contracts to if he stays that is how i see it. Also Ehab seems to have allowed him to have what he has asked for i know he is protecting his interest for selfish reasons but all the same he has gone along with what marco has asked for. To me that shows marco is probably going to be staying.
It seems we believe we send off the paperwork at 10.30pm on deadline day, so believe it should be accepted, even though it seems we went it to the wrong place. Apparently, Blackburn once faxed a formal offer for a player, to a butchers shop in Macclesfield.
If you sent the papers for Grosiwcki to the right address, why the ****/ how the **** can you send something to the wrong address or number. Surely its a PDF e mailed is it not...?... in which case the computer would recognise a historical previously used e address..
No i read an article today that the Sporting Lisbon Chairman was talking,he was asked if Silva was on the list of managers to take over again at Sporting and he said no as Silva was happy in England and he will be a great success there. I also think after Robertson spoke to Marco he decided to stay and did not want to go,lets face it unlike snores he did not jump ship i think Marco told Robertson he will be staying hence Robertson was happy to continue to learn under Marco and that's why he he said what he said.
The dice in the squad will be temporary pending the Salibar appeal. You cannot leave spaces in the squad if you have players who can fill them. We should all know this as the reason I know is when we were after a free agent towards the end of the window one season but couldn't shift the deadwood therefore couldn't sign whoever it was as we had no space in the squad.
