It is. I'd post a picture but not sure if wise on here. There's an Apex building and part of the house which are rented out for holiday lets. After he fought off cancer in 2013 he retired and did up the house a bit and it basically pays for itself now.
County Down... New builds are ugly and the council in its wisdom decided to decorate the seafront with pink stone paths (not mourne granite) and ****ing giant silver ball artwork...
I know mate, I was only pulling your pud. I love old houses, mine is getting on for 200 years old. The only downside is the maintenance, there's always something that needs doing it seems.
Went is after I got back from Leicester last night, where I'd been discussing nano MIPs (molecularly imprinted polymers ) No-one came to cut the gas off. She has to work a notice period (they're coming back to her on that), but they really want to her to stay until they re-assign the lease or find a relief manager.
The house I'm in now (and still trying to ****ing sell) is 120yrs old and the constant niggles I have to sort annoy the **** out of me The house I hope to move into is only about 40-50yrs old
My poor little house is turning 10 soon (not sure exact date). I like my house but too small for family of 5. Never meant to stay here so long but house market crashed right after moving in and so for most of the 10 years since we've built it we've owed more o.n it than it is worth. So would need to pay to sell.
I feel your pain. It's only the last couple of years I've had enough equity to be able to consider moving. Been here 12yrs
