Sounds like you are back in the UK and I agree with most it. Surely sending people away if they don't work for 3 years shouldn't be applicable to just Muslims, though? That should apply to everybody who isn't contributing to the economy.

That's a shame, because it has always been a country I've admired and not just because of the whores and coffee shops, before anybody shouts up. One of my pals in Dordrecht has said the same, he's been there for 15 years now and he's thinking of coming home because the country is losing itself. The Dutch have always been mighty liberal and allowed you to do anything you want really, within reason, and it's a shame that people are coming into the country and abusing the privileges which is spoiling it for the natives. A question Roger - slightly related to the theme. If after negotiations for Brexit are complete (I assume you're British) and we get what a lot of people in Britain want, ie all EU immigrants to leave Britain and all Britons to leave the EU _ would that be a blow. We have thousands of retirees in Europe - would create quite a stir I assume. KTF
cannot see europe doing that as there are more E.U. in Britain than expats in europe, yes i am a Sunderland lad and yes i support hard brit exit. we only ever voted for a common market we did not vote for a united states of europe and their unelected courts telling us what we can or cant do. The money we give away on asylum seekers and in aid should be used to support Britain you cannot look after other people unless you look after your own first, why borrow 12 billion a year to give it away in aid madness,

Most of the refugee problems were created by the US thanks to their Arab Spring drive for democracy. Result is chaos in the Middle East, solution is all Arabs leave for Europe as a safe haven but the EU has to pick up the pieces. Let the Yanks take over the Middle East and welcome the refugees back when it is sorted in a couple of centuries, or weeks if Donald is let loose..
My feeling is that if he wanted to talk about it he'd have replied more than once and it was an attempt to use a very sad event to provoke a reaction.
What if he doesn't get notifications so hasn't seen the latest replies? Again, after the abuse he's suffered on this board, it's understandable, imo. No harm done, anyway. Nobody is kicking off, everything is fine
He doesn't strike me as the type to start a thread and not check on it but who knows. I couldn't comment on the abuse as I haven't noticed it but this thread has been as civil as you'd hope.
