The top 7 hasn't changed since mid-October, and the top 5 haven't changed since then either

And 6th and 7th positions haven't changed since Everton conceding 6th to Man Utd at the start of November

    Very stable

I'll stick my neck out, ready for the fall.

Arsenal will go out to Bayern. The're too good and it's Arsenal

City will go through in the CL, then it will get considerably tougher. Pep will have to juggle as they are still in the Cup too.

Potch will chuck the Europa just like last time. His (and Levy's) Strategy doesn't involve the Europa. His stiffs and kids will be given a chance to go as far as they can. Can't see em making the last 8.

Utd have got **** all chance of the title and are struggling to make the top4 at this moment in time but Jose (love or loath him) is a winner and he will target trophies. The league cup final is soon so that could ease some pressure. Also they have a big squad and the first team and backup are not that far apart (unlike liverpool say) so they could progress in the cups with virtually another team (a bit like SAF did for their treble) and then have a tilt at the Europa if top4 looks unlikely come QF stage (like Klopp last season)

    So:

    1st Chelsea
    2nd Spurs
3/4/5th battle between Pool, City and Arse
    6th Utd

I agree with all of that. I think Utd might even go for europa big time as they see where the league ends up. If they win the league cup as is likely then yes as you say if theres a 6/8 point gap and they are in eureopa QF.. they might do a klopp on it but successfully winning elague cup first.

I think that 3rd 4th 5th... thats a big battle. I hope for the best. at least its 2 form 3 with the hope of a spurs bottle.

Except that the mancs will definitely not win the Europa. They are bound to stumble to one of the fancied Spanish teams.

As for the CL league places, the 5 top places are set. There have been changes in ranking between 2nd and 5th but 1st and 6th have been fixed for months. I cannot see the mancs getting 4th at all.

It already has twice as many posts as any thread on the Everton board and is less than 10,000 views away from overtaking their General Matchday Thread which is for all games since April 2013 <laugh>

As bad as that thread is, its still better than watching an Everton game. As the views indicate.

I agree and I have made no secret of the fact that I think Mourihnio is one of if not the best manager of all time.
Really don't see how you can compare the two incidents the article link pretty much speaks for itself.
I also agree that all managers do berate the 4th official.
However Jose has done exactly what he wanted to do which is deflect from his teams result. No one is talking about the draw. So good on him.
Ps I have met him and he seemed a genuinely nice guy
That said so is Suarez - both are winners simple as.
    Hope Klopp is too :)

You are right but i think i am too. Klopp gets away with it cos he talks football all game with them like the two are watching u16s game butbmourinho treats them like enwmies and us always rude and agressive.

However klopp should know the refs are circulating a send him off memo right now and if hes not careful mourinho will be laughing.

However if i were a betting man i would bet on mourinho getting sent off before klopp

That's fair enough. Like I said, I don't know him personally so wouldn't pass judgement on anything other than the persona he presents through football
I'm just sick of hearing him moan all the time.

whilst my view of Mourinho is pretty jaundiced the double standards comment is fair enough when in relation to Wenger who seems to behave on the touchline almost as badly but the penalties are lower - best example being when Wenger shoved Mourinho though my favourite was when he tried to start a fight with Pardew when he was in charge of WHam.

I struggle to remember the times Wenger tried to gouge someone's eye out or abused female physios.

didn't say he had plus the FA did not have jurisdiction over the eye gouging incident.
I was referring to similar incidents by both of them here. Personally think both should have faced more punishments than they have and won't be long before JK is in front of the beak for his touchline rants - though on form so far not for his after match comments unlike those 2
