Tickets purchased and the very lovely Mrs Godders keeps singing: I'm on my way to Wembley My knees have gone all trembley as she does her housework.
I'm hoping I can get online and get the job done before I have to leave for work at 11.00am tomorrow . There could be a fair amount of swearing at screens going on in the morning.
Is that how it works? I just know I'm eligible from 9.00am tomorrow, and so is my dad. He does have a laptop, but I think he mostly uses it to put newspapers on, so I don't want to leave it to him. Reassuring if know I can still get tickets over the weekend
100% mate. They've only split STH's into 3 windows to try and stop too much queueing online. The first window for members is on Tuesday. We have more tickets than STH so you are fine until then.
I had a try to see if i could trick the system and got straight in, selected my seat added to my basket it just wouldn't let me check out as i didn't qualify. There was no waiting though straight into the site.
Just gone on again to look how the sales are going. All the Cat 1 seats gone and 3 of the cat 2 blocks too. Loads left though, but if you are fussy where you want to sit, I would get on when you can
Got my 2 tickets just before midday. I think it makes a difference if you want more than 1 ticket. I could only get 2 seats next to each other in Cat 3, which was a bit of a shame, but I can't really complain..... I'm off to Wembley happy days!
I was in an identical circumstance to yourself..... except I had to lead the call and present my screen.... logged on to the site at 9:15 and the wait was 1 hour.... my call started at 10. I was very close to being unprofessional and cancelling the call! Decided to close the site down for the call so missed that chance.... but got back on after and got my tickets. Probably didn't get as good seats as I could have, built hey.
There is a very slim chance I could end up with 6 tickets for this. I have an outside chance of getting 2 via membership depending how many we sell. I have a mate who works for Nike and I have been too many sporting events with him from last years fa cup final to England games and also boxing events. I also have a Utd season ticket holder and his mate who are away for the final who said I could use there tickets. Knowing my luck though I will end up with none and spend the afternoon in Tesco with the missus.
Sunday trading hours should get you home and settled, depending on the branch opening hours, before the start, or at worst by half time. Every cloud.....
Hi all. Advice needed please. My Dad is a long serving season ticket holder (50 years)! He can't make the cup final unfortunately. Being a pensioner he has a concession ticket, so do you think I can get him to buy his Wembley ticket and then one of my friends go with it? Not sure if the Wembley ticket will flag that it is a pensioner's ticket or not? Thanks in advance...
Someone mentioned this earlier in thread. In my opinion... -It's clearly against the rules. -Impossible to say how strict they will be at the ground. -Upto you whether you risk it or not.
On another note, tortured myself earlier by logging in and seeing where I will sit if I get the chance. Cat 1 already gone, not suprising as it's dead opposite royal box. Cat 2 very nearly gone too. Cat 3 behind the goal selling well.
