Well, partly with a heavy heart, but also with an undercurrent of excitement, I will be going to my first home game since Rotherham last season. So far, I have been in Hull for 4 home game weekends this season and decided not to go, but I have caved in now. Not because it's Liverpool, but because I can only admire how the team is pulling together and giving it a real go, despite that prick in charge of the club. I just feel that the players haven't deserted us, so I am going to repay them by turning up in the North Stand and shouting my head off for 90 minutes in the hope it makes the slightest difference.

What's to say that hasn't been said on their previous visits?
    - the club need to ENFORCE rules about visiting fans in home areas
    - surely these young people from many nations, can't be students? Thought they were all skint
    - we just have to hope LFC don't score so that the nation won't see how our ground as been so easily infiltrated
    - the ticketing scheme we have now allows anyone from anywhere to buy tickets, questions will only be asked when there is a critical mass of fights inside the ground to warrant an enquiry. The Match Day Commander must have concerns about the mixing of opposing fans, otherwise they'd take down the metal fencing behind the North Stand.
    - how has it come to this? That the club is so rotten that Hull people have turned their back on it, and rent-a-fans from Phuckknowswhere can roll up and take their places, like it was the cinema or theatre?
    - how many supporters will we have on Saturday ? 15,000?

I'm going to the Liverpool game, I can't wait to see them! Does Mitch Owen still play up front with Frank Gerrard?

As long as I can get a seat next to the corner flag and take a million pictures when they come near me i'll be happy.

Ask them : if Manchester or Liverpool declared war on Hull, which side would they be fighting on?

Had one season at the lower rate before they upped it. Didn't mind as you aren't an OAP until 65 and many if not most other clubs only give concessions at 65. The one that stuck in my craw was the massive increase when we got relegated, went from a concession to under £300 to £537 for watching a lower level of football in one easy step.

Well Markovic won't play so I expect the Polska lad in and the centre mid on the bench. Anyone's guess if Tymon plays but the rest probably picks itself.

When I grew up City were in the bottom tier and whilst going to City games I always had a Division 1 team I followed (Man Utd). I'd prefer them to win the league if we didn't but when we play them I want City to win 100-0 and smash the **** out of them. I personally think this is ok.

Don't forget to wait for their bus to arrive and applaud them off and run on the pitch at the end to put your arm around the shoulders of their star man (seeing "fans" in City shirts doing that during our first foray into the PL was one of the most vomit inducing things I have seen at a City game).

I personally think it is sad. Don't think fans of Burnley, Sheff Utd, Wolves and others did that when they were in the bottom flight.

Every time we play a Top 6 team, it's the same sad scenario. Turds crowd the edge of the pitch to gawp at the visiting players like our PL lads are not the real deal.
These people are either armchair Top 6 ****s or the groomed progeny of armchair Top 6 ****s.
Not sure how many generations it will take to eradicate this defective chromosome from the local gene pool.
