We moved to Zero-based budgeting and it was amazing what difference it made, because you weren't given funds based on what you spent the previous year. It's what all companies should do in my opinion

Just looked it up - I think it makes far too much sense for the public sector to change to it.

If we lost the cup final (which we won't I'm just theorising) will we still qualify for the Europa League if Man U finish top 5?

No, the EL place would go to 6th place. There are no circumstances in which the EFL or FA Cup runners-up get a Europa League spot.

Saw 'Lion' yesterday...great film. Must be a serious contender for an award at the Oscars.

In other off topic news, Dry January is over and I have a lovely glass of Chianti Riserva in front of me. 31 days no alcohol, sensible eating, 16 lbs lost :)

What's it about? I've heard it's good but I have no idea what it's about, although I have a vague idea that it's similar in themes and/or setting to Slumdog Millionaire.

Based on a true story of a 5 year old Indian boy who got stuck on a train that took him miles from home and he ended up lost in the horrors of Calcutta. He was adopted and brought up in Tasmania and as an adult found his real mother using Google and the few geographical clues he remembered. Amazing story.

The Cuckoos Nest is a good India film. About some slim kids who want to try pizza at a new restaurant that opens up.

I mean, in terms of it being a story of one person finding someone from their earlier life despite all the odds, despite years of time and the vastness of geographical distance. Just in the case of Slumdog Millionaire, it wasn't his mother.

    And FlyWithFonte, quiet you!
