Was just telling a mate about it (on phone). He's a Dramas supporter (Barcodes 2-2 QPR). I told him I was going to have Marco's baby. Or Jak's. COME ON CITY.
Toys out the pram from the Man United fans. Hopefully we'll have the same from Liverpool fans on Saturday.
Tymon aside, who had a bit of a torrid time at right back, what an excellent showing from everyone. Just need the Allams to **** off now so we can all get fully on side and all pull together.
Magical Marco Silva does it again... Twice got the better of Mourinho and only lost at Chelsea because of an inept referee and linesman. No fear.
What did he say? (I listened to Radio H until Mrs T spotted it was streamed live on Facebook so watched rest on there)
Best quote of the day comes from one boro forum " anybody who thinks Hull are dead and buried are stupid"
“We didn’t score. You don’t score, it is not possible to win. “Their goalkeeper was good. “We needed to score, we needed more time to play. If you played 35-40 minutes in both halves, it is a lot. I think Hull City tried to see where they could go, the way they could behave and tried to see what the referee would allow them to do. "They had the feedback and were comfortable to do what they did. I am not critical of that. They are fighting against relegation and every point is gold. "If you do not know football, you should not have a microphone in your hand."
He's an absolute ****. His players were effectively cheating towards the end to try and get things their way, penalty claims etc. etc.
The defence has obviously improved under Silva, a free flowing game suits Silva's style. We are breaking well and playing some good football (after all those very slow attacks under Steve Bruce). However if by unlucky you mean by hitting the post, no, you have to hit the net. Markovic showed some promise though so hopefully he gets goals for us.
We are little Hull , we haven't got a point away since September, have just sold our 2best larkers, having to make do and mend with a makeshift team, and a management team still finding its way, playing against the 'biggest team in the world', with man for man advantage all over the pitch, and with a **** record at Man U over the years. I'm happy as ****, and looking forward to my chats with various local armchair Reds in the next few days.
