I don't eat fish. I lived for a time in Malaysia and often saw fish served in restaurants still moving on the plate
I've read it wrong tbh. I thought you'd made it for the first time and said it was their school lunch! Wasnt sure if they ever had it before which is why I thought it was funny. My eldest loves sushi but my younger two hate it.
Chicken, chorizo, plum tom sauce, smoked paprika, rosemary, cracked black pepper and a dash of sherry.

That's what I'm doing and it's not easy. I have sugar in my granola and in the alcohol I drink but that's it. It's a big change for me.
You're right, it's not, as sugar is more or less in everything. I've never had an especially sweet tooth so don't 'crave' sweet food, although I understand some do. I've never needed to put sugar on anything, cereal for instance. I look at my kids and two are mad for sweets and the other can take it or leave it.
