We won 3-1, goals from Gavan Holohan, Francis McCaffrey and Danny Chambers.

Cheers No.1. I rate Gavan and Fran highly based on what I have seen although I suppose that they still have a lot of obstacles to get over before they make it I suppose as evidenced by the majority that come through the Hull City Academy and end up at the likes of Worksop Town and Gainsborough for instance (Steve Gardener and Ryan Thingee respectively. Danny Chambers is a new one on me. Maybe we will see more of him this season

Danny Chambers is a striker from the Juniors apparently, I don't know anything else about him either.

Ryan Kendall does indeed play for Gainsborough Trinity, I had higher hopes for him though..

i ll be honest, and i ve said it before, Ryan Kendall is a good example of the weakness apparent within our junior recruitment development system. Ryan Kendall, according to my son anyway, was promising throughout his schoolboy days and like many others simply disappeared into the ether when he joined City. I ve probably been misunderstood for voicing opinions in the past about Billy Russell. I really don't know the bloke at all, but in an age where success is the only determinant of continuity in any role, how has he kept his job for so long?
