Given the results for Arse and the Spuds that's a good point in the race for a top4 spot. Got Spuds and Arse to come at home. Could of been none given the pen and a couple of other chances or all 3 if Firminiho shows some composure!!. Title was never gonna happen anyway. If Chelsea beat Arse at the Weekend it's a done deal.

I would say the opposite. Gives a big advantage for the Manchester teams to get back in the mix, thus making it terrible for top 4 chances

Yeah the draw suits us far more than you. We move an extra point clear at the top. You guys on the other hand, will most likely lose ground to the Manc clubs in the top 4 battle.
That game has clearly shown the difference between the two sides. Switch Kante and Henderson and we'd be top of the pile. What a player!!

Gave away the ball a lot I thought, and is just too slow. We're so much better when Lallana is in midfield and we have Mane up front. Hopefully we'll go back to that team against Hull on Saturday
Other than the obvious Firmino having a shocker, I thought Milner was woeful, gave away possession continuously
Was a fair result. We just lack that pace that Mane brings, no coincidence that look at games he missed, the first was against Burnley (80% possession, lost 2-0) then he comes back and we're brilliant going forward again. He goes again for another month and we turn to ****. He is also our top scorer, take Costa our your team for a month and i'd imagine you'd be a bit more toothless up top as well.
Yep, that's it in a nutshell. We were never going to catch Chelsea, so it was about not losing ground on the others in the Top Five. If City win (they should) then there's one point between four of us, we've got the beat run-in and we have no other competitions. Three points would have been better, but no more Swanseas and Burnleys (some hope!) and we should be pushing for second. Won't be that simple though!
Don't think a draw was bad for us, especially with 2 closest rivals dropping points in games they should be winning. We kept within 2 points of Arsenal & Spurs. I'd have taken that before the game's kicked off.
No in fairness that's only 50% compare Firmino to Costa. Costa rolled our cbs, won a few, held on and got a dive jn to. Firmino missed two absolute sitter and spent the rest of the game kicking the ball 20 yards backwards cos he never took on in. That's the player differences on the night but chelsea are far cuter with the flopping than we are
I'll flip it again. City have a tough game tomorrow and the CL coming up with a good chance of making the last 8. plenty on their plate. Utd will probably win tommorow but have the most ground to make up and a load of games to play. Also if Arsenal lose at weekend then get dumped out of the CL by Bayern they could implode with the plastic hordes getting on Wengers back again! My glass is half full
a draw was the least we deserved from that. amazed Firminho stayed on for all 90 and how worrying were the last 10 mins when the whole team ran out steam - shout out to Henderson in that period for his defensive cover. I don't buy Klopps statement re the team not being tired though may , unfortunately , improve now we are down to 1 game a week.
