Chelsea didn't do anything wrong (bar Hazard diving). Fair play to them, took advantage of a very vague rule. Needs to be some clarification. In area's like that, ref either needs to make it clear that free kicks can be taken quickly in which case he blows the whistle right away, or he marks out the wall and waits until everyone is ready. He did a bit of both. He waited until we set up half a wall... then blew the whistle when Chelsea were ready, given them a big advantage of being able to go or being able to wait.
Why can't we try and do something different and try to go through the players outside the area. Draw a foul. the usual isn't working.
Something is just off. Coutinho needs to stop coming inside if no one is using Milner as the outball. However, I have always held the view that when a team has too many defenders in the box try forcing the issue via dribbling. There is always one that will panic
