Fats, We watch games that are not shown on UK TV. That does not interfere with which games they want to sell internationally. The Lincoln game was broadcast live in several countries much to the joy of Lincoln fans in the US and Aus.

I'm not so much moaning about Lincoln. It is that originally the BBC had selected a possible Bolton v Man City. Man Utd was always scheduled for Sunday. When Palace beat Man City, Palace (or police) refused the game to be rescheduled for Sunday so that went out of the window. The BBC asked for the Lincoln game instead but the FA refused to reschedule another game for Sunday DESPITE the fact that had Bolton gone through they would have rescheduled the game. The FA insisted that the BBC took the Man Utd game which was already scheduled for Sunday.

So it isn;t just a moan about Lincoln being looked over. They have been on TV 3 times this month already. It is that the FA were happy to reschedule the game that the BBC took as first option yet then say they were not prepared to reschedule a different game when requested.

I didn't think you were moaning. I agree Imps that Lincoln should have been live, along with Oxford v Toon. I was just trying to find an explanation that made sense. From what you've said, my option doesn't make sense, so I have no idea. Bonkers.

    I hope Lincoln & Sutton both get a United/Arsenal.

    Failing that, each other.

If you are a Lincoln or a Sutton fan, presumably at this point you want a big team, nothing worse than getting this far and then losing (potentially!) to e.g. Burnley or Fulham.

But would you rather home or away? Home - what an atmosphere and occassion it would be! And the pitch could be a leveller?

Away - big money spinner but far less chance of an upset, likely to be playing against a weakened side too.

Personally I'd like to see both at home to big teams.. Man Utd to get drawn away to another top team please (so they can't rest anyone before Wembley!)

Cmon Millwall. They've just won the battle to keep their ground, now they have a winnable draw in the 5th round.

Last time I went to watch Lincoln at Burnley was a freezing cold Christmas game. I think it was 28th Dec and we drew 1-1. Probably about 1998.

Went with 2 of my mates and their Dad in his car. When we got back to the car there was a Copper standing by it waiting for us to return because some cnut had smashed the passenger side window in to get the radio. They had caught the chap before he got the radio out.

We drove all the way back stopping regularly to take turns in the passenger seat and got home absolutely freezing.
