Afternoon lads, have to say I'm liking the BT coverage so far - long as the result's OK in the end, eh? This team says Monk is alright with going out if it happens to pan out that way.
The important definition of 'innocent' is the legal one. Not yours. Not mine. The point I was trying to make is that Cellino originally told the EFL that they could not act until his case had been subject to the full course of the law in Italy. The EFL decided that they knew better and decided that he was guilty. Again, in Italy, you are only considered guilty at the end of the appeals process. The fact that the case was dropped indicates HUGELY that the EFL were inconsiderate and downright wrong to proceed against him. He has a massive stick to hit them with, & hopefully will fully highlight their incompetence. In trying to impose their rules, they have ignored the law. No escape from that. I smell a lawsuit, or a quiet dropping of the impeding ban (which will probably be via a fudged appeal win).
Yeah, saw it, put it into perspective though, it was against Watfords 2nd string you could have scored that goal with your one eye, and gout ridden foot
When was the last time you watch a gme on telly & it was out of focus 'cos the rain was all over the camera lens? 1990s?
Ok mate, let's agree to disagree. You could well be right about the upcoming ban but I'm mot so sure. I think I'm right but might not be. His first ban was by the FL for failing their Owners and Directors test. This latest is from the FA for breaking rules on payments. They are both independent of each other. What he could do is sue FL as his defence was always based on Italian legal appeals.
