I wish I could say that but the very lovely Mrs Godders would probably then tell you all the truth and I would blush more than a little. I have always mixed with a bad lot and been led astray far too many times. My parents despaired of me when I was young but I am now a reformed whore pure as the driven snow.
I've read a lot of negativity about this takeover but I've felt for a while a takeover of some description has been needed to help move this club forwards. Kat will do what's best for the club at the end of the day so if she's happy with the deal I'm happy with the deal. Maybe the Chinese will throw crazy money in Virgil's direction to get him to stay.
Odd thing to say, unless Lander Sports are somehow complicit in this "brutal dictatorship". That's a bit like saying "I don't want any money from a British investor because Nigel Farage".
Well that's why I don't work for a British company and work for an American company. Oh hang on a minute.....
Canadian money is where it's at. All we have are oil companies that have been implicated in some truly horrific actions in Africa, have spilled crude all over the lands of indigenous people, and are exploiting arguably the greatest sole source of climate change in the oilsands. Oh...
Just handed in notice this week.... handing over projects over next few weeks and start later in Feb.
Yes and back to managing a team of people based in the UK and doing what I'd done the previous 15 years before joining the company I am leaving now. Not been happy* really and needed to make the change. * I may be less narky on here
There's no answer to that.! Having read up on the latest energy technology, the plastics and petro-chemical industries look healthy enough as to see you out.
FLT, I just want to say one word to you: Plastics. There's a great future in plastics. Will you think about it?
Chinese bank CITIC Securities set to swoop for Southampton in £225m bid. According to The Daily Fail. Plus other big Chinese & American buyers waiting in the wings?

With the Daily Mails track record it's almost a certainty that it won't happen. At this point they are basically a rumour and opinion paper with a pinch of truth sprinkled on the top.
