Wimmer and CCV in particular are struggling defensively. Sissoko and Onomah haven't got involved enough. Apart from that......
I think sissoko is playing well. He's linking up with son quite nicely. Thank **** Son isn't having one of his "run into people" games, or we'd be truly ****ed.
0-2 HT. Awful performance. Shambolic at the back and only Son looks like a goal threat. Need to make changes at half-time and impose ourselves on the game far better. We've been pathetic in the cups so far this season and I think it highlights squad depth issues. Carter-Vickers isn't ready and he should be out on loan getting experience. It's not a position to **** about with and it's costing us today.
What did I say? This is dreadful. The fact that I've ripped the piss out of 'Pool's earlier loss (on a thread on the general board), and will be savaged mercilessly in perhaps the greatest wum-fest this site has witnessed in a very long time, has absolutely nothing to do with my anger and frustration.
We were 2-0 down away to City last week so not giving up yet but what an embarrassing performance. It was 18-1 for Wycombe to win. Wish I'd put some money on it!

****ing hell Fairplay to Wycombe, they've caused us plenty of problems but we have to be much better than that. Get Janssen on, it can't get much worse. I'd move Dier back and take CCV off, we need a bit more pace back there and CCV has had a 'mare.
Absolutely. Just needs to chill a bit. Terrible half time result, but we've played quite well. Can't help but feel these crosses from GKN and Tripps need Janssen on the end. I'd love to know what poch's thinking was in playing Onomah. He's barely kicked the ball in the first half and doesn't look up for it. All he's contributed is a ****e defensive header that led to hayes' goal. He's another that needs moving on IMO, even if it's just a loan for now. Hasn't progressed at all in 2 years since he started making the Europa appearances. Vorm's decision making for the spell that led to the penalty was shocking. A very experienced goalkeeper should have been sweeping that ball and not putting an inexperienced CCV in such a predicament. Need some changes at 1/2 time. - janssen for onomah for a start, imo.
