Lovely sunny day where I live, doing some gentle landscaping in the garden, flask of tea, 5 live in the background for the footy. Also means I can justify my day out at Fulham tomorrow, getting back sans legs around midnight probably!

While I was home at Christmas we chose everything, I say WE! our lass chose everything I was just nodding and making the odd grunt. My only real input was paying for the bugger. By the end of picking it all I was losing the will to live.

I got the 'dropping them off shift', so taking them shortly. Should have done it the other way round Denis, as I'm still on dry January. Having said that, not hanging around Clough Rd nick all afternoon.
Been for a bike ride this morning and as it's a new hobby, still feeling it. so lazy afternoon, dreaming of those weekends I can have a drink again. When did they slip that extra weekend into Dry January?

Got up late .. tea n toast .. checked emails and not606 and a couple of torrent sites .. took our lass's car for fill up .. got to go back to work, forgot to fill in overtime slip .. then feet up watch a game on tv then out for fish n chips .. after that who knows.
Re B&Q kitchens 1) did you measure up yourself 2) did you draw your own diagram to fit in appliances and units 3) did you then get B&Q to draw it up 4) you may have a problem if they've included "clad ons" (unit end panels )

Went in there once when I missed a train going to something or other with work. So I had a suit and tie on and a laptop bag with me.
If there'd been a piano player!...
Everyone looked at me like I had two heads!...was fine when they realised I wasn't serving papers on anyone though

I've got to drive home. Car's been in St Stevens since yesterday, **** knows how much that'll be.

Cakes in HofF before heading off.

I'm gonna give birth to last night's ingoings in a bit so I'd give Binns a wide birth for the next couple of hours.

Your today has just become my yesterday as it ticks past midnight. It's half-time in the replay of the Derby/ Leicester match(don't know the result).

Yesterday was the first of 4 days of mid thirties hot weather so keeping comfortable is the main objective. Have a good yesterday!
