I can't see us getting through the season without more injuries and suspensions among the regular 11, so others need to be more match sharp than they are at the moment.

See the EFL have asked for the actual judgement in the Nelie acquittal - they're cr@pping themselves now because they banned Cellino and forced him off the board prematurely, and they know it.

Cellino's lawyers told them at the time that the conviction wasn't safe till all appeals were complete in Italy, but they just couldn't help themselves and jumped the gun.

This will have a bearing on the postponement of the ban and how they pursue him over McContract. They are open to allegations of witch-hunting and suits for defamation.

Just my take - and I'm no Cellino-lover by the way.

I still believe the FA / FL are at fault in all this. I strongly believe that one of their duties should be to administer all transfers.
