Agree. This is a very strange forum, and it continues to go pretty much unmoderated ... or, rather, highly selectively moderated. Most of the Not606 fora, including this one, have their own substrate of dippy-diva wannabes, often rather dim, and sometimes barely literate. They are often amusing, sometimes in an unfortunate way ... but nonetheless amusing. It's part of the way the world works. But this forum is rather unique ... with its unusually high proportion of smart, educated, sophisticated posters; lots of them. But then ... we also have an unusually rowdy, raucous, foul-mouthed, usually inebriated, mutually-liking substrate of midlife-crisis hissy-fitters and frustrated, wannabe evil-doers. And one of them is our loving moderator who, thankfully for us all, is no longer an alcoholic. Keep up the good stuff, Patty, but please (on this forum) suppress for a while the humour that the dippy-divas on here will never understand. A new moderator will soon make adjustments to what's acceptable ... and what isn't. ... alleged ...
