In his position I honestly would take a massive wage cut, I'd feel BAD having so much money for doing NOTHING. Always had respect for him as a person, starting to lose it now...

 

Just let him see out his contract or release him and let someone else come in. Just accept the financial loss and move on. Either way he aint going to move for less than he's on because he loves his wage.

Dont see why people are hating on Smudger, if you were offered 60k a week, your not going to turn it down. They can't ask him to take a pay cut and expect him to say yes, there would be no point in the contract.
