Remembering that name will get you nowhere

However, remembering the name Götze will <whistle> Sorry ha.

But yeah, he is cracking. Quite a player. Or, at least, he is on FM and Fifa <whistle>

Germany are going to be mental at the Euros and World Cup!

Beckenbauer said he is the German Messi the other day. I wish England had a proper skillful player like him. All of the other top European countries have skillful and intelligent playmakers like Sneijder, Iniesta, Xavi, Pirlo, Goetze and Nasri but England are stuck with Scott Parker and James Milner.

To a extent yes. He is still very much a English player with his strength, physicality and power etc. Jack Wilshere is the only who looks like being a footballer first and athlete second.

Yeah I agree with what you're saying tbh, I think Rooney is a good playmaker, but doesn't have the same sort of footwork like a Nasri, Iniesta etc.

    Agree about Wilshere too <ok>

Not a clue either, I only really know how to do the ó type accents, but twas the wrong one obviously..
    Ahh well. Life goes on.

I know, mental aint it! Their 'next generation' team completely out shone our 'golden generation' team.
Although, that's not too difficult to do..

Well if Shola gets called up England would have a skillful and intelligent player.

He was brilliant last year for Borussia Dortmund and he played well last friday in the season opener. I didn't see the game tonight because I was watching France byt i'm pleased to hear he has done well. He will easily be one of the best players in the world if not the best in the future. He's great to watch.
