It looks like PVA is soon to leave so can Davie boy pull a decent forward thinking player out of the bag to give us some hope? Could Snodgrass prefer to come to Sunderland because we're up North? Or is Robbie Keane and Darren Fibson what we're left with??? Someone tell me a way out, if we get the supposed 10M from PVA, which if sold I'd prefer went to the Hammers!

Should not be sold and played further forward for us ,his defensive qualities are poor but going forward he is very good player who would pitch in with a few more goals I'm sure

    Snodgrass is going to Burnley.

We've got Lescott over the line, just need to work on Jagielka, Oviedo, Gibson and Keane, now.

Terrible if PVA goes to any relegation rival and we are just about throwing the towel in, Snodgrass would be great though but Burnley a bigger club at the minute.

Smaller club but they can put £10m bids in while we are going to the food banks. <ok>

Not heard the Oviedo rumour but I'd be more than happy with him replacing PVA and would cost peanuts.

Then again he has a reputation for being a bit of a crock so will no doubt just be another body to occupy our physio.

Well we need to replace PVA as well, considering it's only 9m upfront I wouldn't expect too much from the remaining pennies as it's peanuts. We need to be realistic.

Yep there's that as well. I doubt he'll give us the full fee to reinvest.

Not going to argue Burnley are a bigger club but 15 points vs 26. That's a pretty big handful.

He'd be a total ****ing idiot if he didn't mate. We're staring relegation in the face, he needs to invest if he want's to remain in the top flight.

In the past, we haven't ever sold to a relegation rival. It's different this time, I think he's accepted relegation now and he'll be recouping whatever money, he can.

We are ****ed, mate. We'd need somebody to buy the club and make money available.

I'm not sure we'd find a buyer and quite frankly, I'm sick of going through seasons like this and it would be the same again if Shorty was still here.
