I think you have misunderstood this footballing cliche.

1. 10m isn't a fair price for a player of his ability in todays market.
2. He hasn't been a diva making huge demands like Payet.
3. The Allam's are asset striping.

I don't think there is any instance at all of Snodgrass trying to be 'bigger than the club'.

Of which by the way with every day the club becomes more and more worthless. The club is the history, the fans and the assets. Of which are been stripped - Diame, Livermore, Snodgrass and I am sure if any more bids come in for players, they will go to. Replaced with short term loanees.

 

Isn't it strange how some people suddenly think that once a player leaves it's a case of, he wasn't that good anyway.

 

I sure not even the best editors/filmakers could put anything together to prove Dio is fantastic.....maybe putting his overhead kick and turn against Palace on a constant loop

^This exactly. Silva has a very clear idea of how he wants us to play and what he wants his players to do. If ANY player does not fit into that idea, they are surplus to requirements.

Totally agree.......i don't see Marco being the type of manager to just sit around and watch his best players being sold around him.

He must have other options in hand.........or he quits tomorrow

 

im not saying we should sell him I'm saying in my opinion I think he would have ended up on the bench as I don't think he would have fit Marco eventual game plan

 

Then when he eventually doesn't fit, you sell, not while we're rooted in the bottom 3.
