A good friend who works for me (Gunner) just messaged me to ask how I'm feeling about tonight.

I said calm and excited.

He replied that we are playing a mediocre team and he expects us to demolish them.

I'm now literally pooing my pants, I expect to vomit twice by kick off and ejaculate 17 times when we win..,

 

The club wouldn't tell us if his leg had fallen off....they have a history of no comment. And considering the contacts Sky must have, they are rarely first with the news. They have just said that we are making a late decision on Virgil....I'm taking that as no chance he will play.

 

On the note of stress I'll be watching this at the pub with my best mate, a Liverpool fan...

I feel quietly confident about this game but then I feel quietly confident about everything these days. I am a man at ease and at peace with himself with not a care in the world. So what if we do lose remember when one door closes another opens also I'll save a lot of money by not having to fork out for an overpriced trip to Wembley. Always look on the bright side as they say. Every cloud has a silver lining. Just remember though that every dog has his day and this could be our day but I am not counting my chickens. I am not too worried about Virgil as to rely on one player is to put all of our eggs in one basket and that is not wise. Time will tell and we will have to wait and see. Whatever the result we will take it on the chin and lift ourselves up, dust ourselves down and start all over again. Should we lose then its no good crying over spilt milk it will be noses to the grindstone, best foot forward and once more into the breach. We march on.
