this was not the first time this season when there was a colour clash. Noticed the officials wore white the other day not to clash with one of the teams. Money takes precedent over common sense it seems
Couldn't happen to a nicer chap - both results were good for us tonight. Reading climbed back to third in the Championship as Ali Al-Habsi saved a late Chris Martin penalty to secure a win against Fulham. http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/38501633
Yet another poor refereeing decision as Atkinson fails to give Liverpool a clear penalty and saints go up the other end and clinch the tie.
Southampton absolutely raped them over the two legs though. I won't lose sleep over a big club not getting the rub of the green from a ref.
I turned on Radio 5 last night and first thing I heard was "your s22t aaaagh" and realised it was the Reading/Foolham game.
What happened to all those "you don't understand Liverpool we are more than just fans" as they did the fire drill. No different to other fans apart from all the self-pity cr2p.
Just realised that Saints are in the Final in May probably against Manure. Maybe Charlie could play and get a medal? Hope he gets it.
Hull take the lead in 2nd Leg of semi.....penalty by Huddlestone. 2-1 to Man U on aggregate at moment.....
Currently watching Liverpool v Wolves in something called the FA cup (it looks like fun, why don't we enter it?). HT Wolves 2-0 up I hadn't realised how bad Liverpool were but that's not meant to take anything away from Wolves they deserve the lead.
Liverpool pull a goal back with 4 mins to play - they really don't deserve anything out of this game - hope Wolves can hang on.
The Klopp magic - eliminated from the League Cup & FA Cup in January, and have lost 3 home games on the trot. Well done Wolves, who are below us in the league table!
Millwall 1-0 up against Watford with a late Morison goal - a really poor Watford side that are making Millwall look awfully good! Into 6 mins of added time. Compared to our pathetic strike team, Gregory & Morison look like they could more than hold their own in the Championship. Fulham 3-1 up against Hull with about 20 mins to play. So potentially a couple more PL teams getting the boot out of the FA Cup? Next up a Massive fixture at Sutton, then I'm off to visit my Chinese neighbours to celebrate New Year - Year of the Rooster. Fulham 4-1 up now! Sutton score after just 6 mins, but goal ruled offside after mass celebrations - too bad for them.
