The last 10 mins of episode 1 it got interesting. A lot of boring filler before that. If it continues like last 10 mins will be good. If every episode has 40 mins of filler it won't be.
Yeah, didn't realise it was a remake until after I posted earlier and looked it up. Most American remakes are really bad. I liked the American version of Wilfred though. A much more fleshed out and thought out show than the Aussie original.
Nice easy watching and actually quite decent. Only about 4 episodes in each series so easy to quickly watch the whole thing
I didn't realise there was a remake until you'd posted about a remake and I checked to see if the original was in fact remade.
Yeah, in typical American fashion they stretch those 4 episodes to 10 hours of TV in the American version. American TV is about quantity instead of quality.
Just watched the trailer to the remake... It even has some of the same actors in it Clearly a money spinner from a show that went under the radar. The original is on demand for anyone with Sky.
Funny you say that then quote commercial fake bands like Guns and Roses and Beastie Boys. OCR were miles ahead of both. Next you'll be waxing lyrical about Back Street Boys ffs. Go and polish your bullshit De La Souls vinyls and leave the real music to the rest of us
A film noone has heard of , so you probably haven't seen that is funny if you don't take it seriously is the indie film "The Brass teapot". I just googled it to remember the name and it is scores pretty low on reviews but I liked it.
Screw you then... For anyone else that likes dark comedy, it's about a poor couple who steal a brass teapot from a Jewish woman and find out that it gives them money for inflicting pain on themselves (and each other)... So they set about beating themselves to wealth. I liked it because it was quirky and unique.
