You really seem in an over-dramatic mood today. You said that a centre mid wasn't sufficient replacement because he couldn't also play CB - even though we have another CB now back from injury. Manager sells player and insists he needs to sign more now that he has some cash to splash. I suppose there's a first time for such ridiculous statements.

Drama! Made me laugh that.

From the off I said that if we were intent on selling Jake then we should have lined up a replacement first. Silva confirmed Goebals wasn't his replacement. Silva was quite clear that we needed to bolster numbers & not sell.

Considering the position we are in regarding centre halves, all 3 being injured & then coming back from injury it appeared to me that, coupled with the Henriksen injury, it was a strange decision to be rushing Jake out the door. I didn't agree with it & believe that selling him was an opportunistic decision made by Ehab so he could trouser the cash rather than a footballing one for the good of the team. Selling him weakened our position. I also believed it could potentially leave us short & weaker in more than one position.

Subsequent, unfortunate, injuries to Mason & Davies have confirmed this. We can't be rushing Bruce back, he's been out a while & has only just upped his training. Last thing we need is him breaking down again, although knowing our luck he will, probably just after the window shuts.

Abel linked to China. If we can get 20 mill sell in my opinion. His performance against Chelsea told me everything I need to know.

Buy Bradshaw and a foreigner on loan with some pedigree.

His performance against Chelsea shouldn't have told you anything other then he isn't suited to a lone striker role, which we knew anyway.

His performance against Bournemouth, when he had Snodgrass alongside him, should tell you everything you need to know.

Abel was excellent against Bournemouth. One of his best performances to date.

Ffs there ain't half some fkn argumentative fkrs on here .. I can get everyone has opinions but it's the same fkn people over and over again that go on and on trying to prove their point .. it really is a pissing competition on here at times .. just accept that people have differing opinions instead of fkn arguing for 10 pages at a time. You sound like a bunch of fannies who cant get their own way at times .. fkn grow up and move on

I have to say I'm in complete agreen with SCB for most of this.

Livermore was one of most consistent performances in CM and CB. A battling English player that knows the team and the league and we decided to get rid (for nothing money) when we're in relegation fight.

We haven't replaced him and Niasse, Markovic, Evandro and the new RB are not Livermore replacements.

It is utterly ridiculous to sell Livermore and there hasn't been one decent argument so far for his departure.

I don't blame the manager or his staff at all for any of it.

I can pass with the best of them. I'm known as the 'Molby' for a reason - and it's not just because i'm a fat cnut.
