I'd imagine our interest in VDW will be over now.

We really don't. One of the few positives from the Allam ownership is that we haven't sold players cheaply.

The issue with Livermore and Snodgrass is that we overspent on them in the first place.

8m for snodgrass at the time was hardly overspending considering the season he had at Norwich , the figures being quoted in the media are way under value given his performances this season

Beating tams around you in the League, in an FA Cup game doesn't keep you up.

Some apologists will see failed players as good loans while rolling over & letting Ehab tickle their balls with Assem's rubber dick up their arse, so long as we're in the PL.

You're just another PLW.

I'll make it simple. We beat a pretty much full strength Swansea side, with our threadbare squad, so I'd fancy us to beat them at the KCOM when we next play them. That win breeds confidence and that was evident against Bournemouth.

Livermore, Chester, Brady, Dawson, Huddlestone, Jelavic etc were all failed players at far bigger clubs than us. It doesn't mean they're bad players. Now if we were signing players that failed at clubs similar to ours I would have an issue. For example, if we brought in Bamford.

I'm really not a PLW, I prefer the championship, seeing us beaten most weeks isn't enjoyable. You're just too thick to get it.

This thread has moved way too much to read up. I did see we signed Marcosilvaic on loan. Any other developments since around lunch time today?

He'd scored 6 and assisted 6, very good. I still felt it was overspending at that time, but it's all personal opinion. He's getting on a bit and contract 'extension' just ****s on the players and doesn't help the valuation one bit.

Explain, on an individual basis, how the players you name we're all failed players. I'm truly interested in your reasoning.

Just can't help but think other clubs would be asking double what we appear to be prepared to sell him for
