This is the reason why we shouldn't laugh at mental illness, lads.

Is that an offer to make good on our bet and change your avatar ?

  3. 8 minutes of injury time granted by ref in order to enable Arsenal to get the most undeserved winner against lowly Burnley!

Sooner or later, Arsenal's luck is going to run out.

What a disgraceful display of referring we saw, today!

I'm thinking of cracking open the Chateau Talbot, to go with the sirloin.

Good, that should ease some of the bitterness.

Unless as I suspect, you're actually drinking some cheap plonk from the Spar shop to wash down your microwave meal :)

Why are you mixing an expensive wine with a 30 year old single malt whiskey then HIAG ?

    #2668
  9. I haven't opened the wine yet, Pixie. I'm thinking about it.

I have a lot of decent booze in my house, Pixie. Sometimes, I like a drop of single malt, sometimes I will go for a Hendrick's with tonic and a slice of lemon. On the odd occasion, I might even decant a bottle of crusted port. More often than not, I will open a bottle of decent red - generally Bordeaux, but I do like decent Argentinian Malbec.

It depends on how I choose to roll, at the time, Pixie.

If I'd been drinking a 30 year old Oban costing hundreds of pounds a bottle, I certainly wouldn't be washing it down with a £60 bottle of wine

I think you're either bullshitting again, or you have the palate of a philistine, possibly both.

What the **** would you know about any of it?

The Oban is very smooth, but I wouldn't exactly be "washing it down" with the Chateau Talbot!

In any event, I have decided to go with the Blue Nun, instead.

Game, set and match!! After being exposed again as a bullshitter, HIAG chucked in the "blue nun" so he can now claim it was part of a WUM masterclass!!

Who drinks Hendricks with lemon?? Clearly he's a philistine as Hendricks is infused with rose and cucumber so more cucumber is the only real choice.

My guess he's having a Lidl microwave meal and some cooking wine to wash it down with.....it's what gimps do...

To be fair, he apologised in the post match interview and said that he should have 'kept control' and should have just 'shut up'. Pretty good of him to be honest, could you imagine Maureen doing similar ?

He'll probably still get charged. I'd expect a fine and maybe a 1 match touchline ban

  20. This isn't the first time that Le Vieux Fou has lost control; he's got a long list of form for these kinds of antics. None of us will ever forget his disgraceful assault on an innocent water bottle. He was clearly thinking of the ref when he laid into it with his steel toe-caps.

I hope the FA throw the book at him. It would be no less than he deserves. They need to make an example of him, I think.
