Feel genuine concern for Ryan and i really hope the news is positive and quick. Someone mentioned that he is in surgery. How do you know this?
Ian Hume suffered a fractured skull a few years ago playing for Barnsley I think. I seem to remember he was out for absolutely ages.
**** The Club can confirm that Ryan Mason sustained a skull fracture in our fixture at Chelsea this afternoon. He was taken to St Mary’s Hospital where he has undergone surgery. Ryan is in a stable condition and is expected to remain in hospital for the next few days. Everyone at the Club would like to express their sincere thanks for the excellent and swift care given to Ryan by both the Accident and Emergency department and Neurosurgery Unit at St Mary’s Hospital. A further update will be issued tomorrow. Read more at http://www.hullcitytigers.com/news/...t-ryan-mason-3533371.aspx#0XKL332i1PioWPkM.99
That sounds more positive than fighting for his life! Hopefully the next update brings more positive news.
Club confirmed he's in a stable condition after surgery on a fractured skull, get well soon Ryan, one of our boys now.
And no mention of bleed on the brain. Good news. Bit different to fighting for his life. Shabby journalism
When it was released, it could have been true. When he was in surgery with a fractured skull, he was fighting for his life. Hopefully it was sensationalism and the club release calms things down a bit.
