Forster looked more mobile today

Cedric was excellent

VVD - hope he's better soon

Maya - very good

Stephens - did really well. The fact we didn't notice him that much shows how in control of Vardy etc. he was

Bertrand - gave us great attacking support up the left

Romeu - very disciplined

Ward-Prowese - fantastic. The attacking intent we've been calling for for weeks, let's hope he can keep this going now.

PEH - did well in his midfield duties today, just the shooting to work on now!

Tadic - please take all penalties like that, abandon the old side footed ones!

Redmond - thought he was better than usual, did well to keep first half shot low

Rodriguez - good hold up play and involving of the wingers - did well with the ball at feet and in their air

Long - great running at a tiring slow defence

Puel - same energy and passing intent next time please Claude!

Was looking forward to seeing how Stephens got on... But I still don't know, he didn't touch the ball!

Credit to Puel today, he picked a strong team and we got the result we needed and played very well. A bit of time and rest may have helped.

David Pleat before the game stated that our midfield did not score enough goals and it was time for players like Ward-Prowse to step up after only scoring 5 goals in 100 games and today the players that need to step up did so. Ward-Prowse played excellently, Rodriguez is starting to look the part and Redmond looked dangerous.

Disappointed about van Dyke, maybe we should have waited until the end of the window to sell Fonte, however it does give Stephens his chance.

Good win and fully deserved could easily have had 4 or 5. All the pressure on Liverpool on Weds. Keep them out for first 20 and crowd will get edgy. Keep them at bay and late on a breakaway and Long puts us through after Lovren falls over!.

How annoying that we can't play like that every game!

I still think JWP and Pierre should be made to do extended shooting practice every single day - especially Hojbjerg, that miss was horrendous!

Last season when we were away at Leicester and Vardy cracked SD's ankle with a bad tackle (leaving Davis fearing he wouldn't play again for the season or at the Euro's) Vardy said to him after "everyone is saying that I should apologise to you, but I thought it was decent tackle..."
He's a massive prick and the only reason I paused when wishing Leicester well done for their achievement.
